Poor service

I went to the Licensing department on the 5th of February 2018, because I lost my ID ,drivers license and bank cards in a handbag. I started at home affairs, and got a temporary ID. When I arrived at Florida/Roodepoort It was around 11h50 and was told that I could not get service as they have reached their 300 people a day. I asked to be shown a notice that say so to no avail, or any policy that allows staff to turn people away. I was referred to Mpho Masuku who claimed to be a Management Rep. The guy was so arrogant and when I asked for a systems in place to lodge a complaint there was no system in place in the facility and he got so worked out when I tried to talk some sense to him.He told me to go elsewhere.
