Poor customer service

I googled the business hours of kriel license office hours google said its on a Friday from 08:00AM to 02:30PM I got there at 11:20AM, thei said they are closing at 11:15AM and can't help me, I told them I just need a no or yes answer and will they then be able to help me with my documents on monday, they told me to wait, they let me tand outside the office for an hour in the sun, then told me if you have questions, or queries I should come back on monday, so I should take another day off from work to try and put a car on my name, and still I dont even know if they will be able to help me or not, this is poor service
