Poor conduct, service, incompetence

I am aware that the supplier above mentioned is unresponsive but I would like to express my frustration at being treated in a demeaning manner by people who are supposed to be serving the public. <br> On the 03/09/15, Wednesday morning at 09:00 am I wrote my learners licence test and was successful whereby I proceeded to the counter 2. There was no queue when I arrived but a disorderly group of people in front of the counter. The above mentioned employee saw me and told me to give her the form, after a while she screamed at me to go back to my line. There was no line so I proceeded to the back. In the meanwhile incoming people were served by her. I remembered then that she had made a spelling mistake with my name and told me to tell her when I came to write my learners test, so I did. She then tried to belittle me in public by saying that I told her afterwards that there was a mistake, which she committed! I responded by politely inquiring about the matter but she ignored me and refused to inform me what action she was going to take to rectify her mistake. Instead she told me that I must not disturb her and served another. All in a raised voice. Do not go to this station I recommend!
