Pinetown Licensing Center abuse and *******ion

Stood seven hours in disorganized queue at the Pinetown DVM and eventually suffered dehydration, sun burn, fatigue and anxiety which caused me to leave. I was there with my seventy nine year old father in law who had to take refuge under a tree to avoid similar ailments. The drivers licenses, motor vehicle licenses, pdp licenses and renewals of drivers license cards were all in the same queue which after three and a half hours stopped moving. This was due to individuals selling the green forms outside and telling people to go directly to the tents, bypassing the queue I was in. Despite pointing this out to security and staff who refused to relinquish any of there credentials, nothing was done to stop the lack of social distancing and chaos that came from the tents. Furthermore to avoid harassment and self created verbal conflict with above mentioned officials, I decided to leave lest one of the weapon weilding officers draw his weapon of us.
