Pathetic System

I have been struggling for over 3 weeks to get a slot to renew my DL card. The online system is the most pathetic thing I have ever come across. It is impossible to get a slot no matter what time you try. Now my DL card has expired and I have no idea what to do. It is frustrating and idiotic.
