Pathetic service at pinetown testing ground better management needed.

Went to the pinetown licencing department after my seven weeks wait for my licence card and pdp to be issued. Spoke to an absolutely stubborn colored lady that actually issues your licence. She has told me that my licence is currently not there in an inappropriate manner her attitude was absolutely pathetic. Today I've called them been threw all they channels in terms of them picking up the call just to check if my licence card is ready. They dont even bother to answer any of they calls I feel if you wish to renew your licence in the Durban area Rossburgh Testing Ground should be the perfect place. Seeing as these guys weather you call the customer care, the issuing of licence card department or any department they never pick up 2hours worth of my airtime just gone down the drain. And they even at times cut the call off. Absolutely pathetic service. Somebody of better quality and standards should be in charge of that place. Because there's alot going on there that should be investigated.
