Pathetic service at our Licensing Departments.

What a pathetic situation! After sending 6 emails to Winklespruit licensing department, phoning Pinetown & Winklespruit at least 6 times & getting zero response, I drove to Pinetown licensing department at 1pm only to be told that they had done their limit of 40 people! Really? That's their solution to the problem of a massive backlog of licenses? Instead of staying till 4pm to catch up on the backlog , they limit it to 40 & go home at 1pm! Bizarre! Utterly pathetic. And we wonder why our country is so broken!
