The service is terrible. Documents are pending, no calls are answered. 8 visits of which I've been told that they are closing early 2 times and can't even hear if the documents are ready or not. This is ridiculous. And the excuse is Covid 19. Today again arrived at 14:00 they supposedly close at 15:00, I've been turned away with the excuse they need to fumigate.
