Offices always closed and be careful of ****mers

Kungwini licensing centre deserve negative stars. *********** because the Natis website doesn't even tell you if the licensing centre is closed and still accepts bookings. I pitched up for my appointment slot but all gates were chained up and not a single soul to explain the situation. Nobody knows when they'll reopen. Always watch out for ****mers, there's 2 guys operating in this area. They will show up holding a book or a pen to look "smart". Beat them up if they approach you because they've ****med many people of their money by saying that the offices are closed but they know people working inside who can help you with the process. They'll ask for payment upfront then take you to a back gate and ask you to wait 5min until someone opens up for you. The moment they leave you, then congratulations you've been ****med. Advice is to never speak to anyone until you get to the gate at the licensing centre. If a security guard is there, ask for confirmation. If there's no one, then just go home and find another municipality who's competent enough to serve your needs
