Off-duty for Union meeting

Get there this Wednesday 10 Feb morning, only to find out after waiting a while that due to a union meeting they would only open at 11am. <br> <br> Never mind those who may have taken leave, who will then have to take another day's leave resulting in further unproductive time in an ailing economy. Guess that is one of the reasons why we have an ailing economy in the first place. <br> <br> What else can we expect from any government related organisation? Give government agencies to private organisations who understand service and productivity and then see the country prosper.
