Not answering of the phone.... Like Seriously

Boksburg Licence Department is so ridiculous, first of all I tried to call the number ********** they took forever to answer when someone eventually answered I was transferred to another number. The number also never answered. I had to call the number again and was transferred ONCE AGAIN and AGAIN NO ANSWER. Called the for third time the lady asked if I didn't get through , she then gave me the direct number and still the people didn't answer the phone. I mean really.... If you guys can't answer the phone like you should then don't bother to come to work because you guys are wasting other people's time. Seriously... your service is ridiculous.
