Non functional licencing department of Joe Gqabi

The Joe Gqabi licencing department is disadvantaging us by always being offline knowing that some documents need client to wait a long time this is the third week this department offline. So it gives me doubts of functionality or no management in place ???we need agent rescue head office # Bisho
