No One To Help?!

I am trying to get statistics from eNatis about the number of registered vehicles in South Africa, which is a service one pays for, however, no one seems to have any clue what is going on in their own offices or who I can speak to. Absolutely useless. This forms part of the reason why there can not be, and should not be, any confidence in our Government.
