No movement on getting a Duplicate Registration Certificate from Howick Licencing Department

This refers specifically to the Howick office. I app**** in late July 2022 for a duplicate registration certificate for my trailer. I contacted the Pietermaritzburg office in late December 2022. They told me they are waiting for one piece of information form the Howick office. I am still waiting for a response. Apparently this process should take no longer than 6 weeks.
