No electricity

Went to do my drivers license test on the 6th, they couldn't issue the license as there was load shedding, was told to come back the next day, as I was on a queue, 3 hours later they had load shedding again, I already lost 2 days of work. Like how could such a busy government department lack a generator, or hire one then, it's totally unacceptable that I have to travel so far, skip work only to encounter such incompetency
