NO customer service, BAD attitude and NO ethics!!!

My mother went to renew her license. Firstly at the help desk, the guy was rude, she greeted him and he did not even respond! Secondly, when my mom went for her eye test she was screamed on by the employee conducting the test. She was screamed on so badly, that she burst into tears after she left that horrible place. Not to mention that my mom failed her eye test, only to find out afterwards, that she misunderstood how the test was working. The idiot that was conducting the test, NEVER even took the time to explain how the test works. Fact is, it does not even have to matter why someone fails, you are suppose to give proper instruction and even speak to customers with respect. I don't even understand why such *********** people are being employed!!! BOKSBURG LICENCE DEPARTMENT, THIS IS A DISGRACE!!! I AM ASHAMED AT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
