Nightmare to get pdp at vereeniging licence department

Went to apply for a pdp 23/11/2021 at vereeniging went through all the required tests and paid what needed to be paid. Was told wait 21 days anf come back and get temp pdp went back 23/12/2021 they were going up and down and eventually told that the supervisor will help me. Well no help was busy on pc and was just given a tel number and told that she will call me if she does not, here is the tel no i must call. Cam not get anybody on that number, eventually sent mail to the DOT they said i must go back that they re do imaging ect then i can get temp pdp. Now they said that they have a challange the system off line can not get this will let me know when i can go, i am not holding my breath as the supervisor did not call me ehy will they is a trust issue I can not take their word for this. Hope this post helps service is not there. They do not even have a workaround solution in place.
