Nigel Licensing Department has Lazzy stuff!!!

Went the two consecutive days without being assisted. The first day went there at noon, they told me they were only taking in people who booked online, I comp**** and went back. Went online only to find out they had no available openings. Woke up early to go queue and the line was cut before 9am. Simply because a lady by the name Nonku was working alone in the Department of Eye testing and fingerprints????? Considering that we have a lot of unemployed people it is really inconvenience for us. Not everyone in South Africa has access to internet!!! These government officials are lazy!
