NATIS system why take appointments if you are not going to honour them.

Absolutely appalling!!! My son booked online there to write his learners license to be written at 12:00 today. After taking the day off school and work me off to do this - no test??!!! 12:00 doors not opened. Total lack of respect for all the people waiting outside, people who have taken time and trouble to be there - SHAME ON YOU !!! NATIS system why take appointments if you are not going to honour them.
