NATIS system for driver tests cancels booking within 3 days

We booked via the internet for my daughter to do her motorcycle learner test at Sandton Licensing Dept this morning. We have a booking reference and print out of the booking. Sandton did not have the booking and so refused to test her. I called NATIS and they advised that the booking is cancelled 3 days after you book unless you visit the Licensing Dept to confirm. The website does not state this. NATIS say they havent had time to update the webpage! What is the point of an Internet booking system if you still have to visit the Licensing Department within 3 days to confirm the booking or else it's cancelled!
