Motor vehicle license renewal - long wait

I have been in the queue now for more than 2 hours to renew my vehicle license at the Umhlanga Licencing office. I have still not entered the building. I have calculated that the licensing office is dealing with 7 people per hour. Divide that by the number of people processing renewals I reckon you each person is processing 2 renewals per hours. This is atrocious service.
