Mkhambathini Learner's Licencing Office - Careless and Nonchalant employees

The service and behaviour of the individuals that work at the licensing office(learners and driver's licence department) in Mkhambathini/Camperdown is appalling. They start work by standing around outside chatting with their colleagues or on their phones. Queues have already piled up from 6:30am, but there is no care in the world by the employees of the licensing office. The employees are rude, careless and nonchalant. They made the mistake but push blame onto the person booking for their learners licence.
