Midrand pathetic, health hazard and time wasting.

I'm ****ing against thunder here but anyway. One star is actually too much in all honesty but you cannot do this unless you give a star. Made an online appointment on the Natis system and guess what 70 people in front of me at Midrand. Walk in and appointments mixed. I walked in 10:20 and its 12:44.. still no end I'm sight. Why bother with online systems when the process does not work. This is the most ********** experience. You try do the right thing or try and have nothing but endless problems. No communication which makes it even worse and definitely a health hazard for older people.
