Manager shouts and screams and Client and worker

Good day<br> <br> I went in at 11:25 am on a Saturday on the 7th of march to get a new vehicle license and got the information that I needed at first before coming in officially.<br> I went in, 11:48 am to complete my documents for a new license on the second hand car that I bought.<br> The lady at the front desk was helpful, but a female manager came out shouting and complaining about close up time when it was 12:05 pm at the time and asked why she was still helping me.<br> I looked at her as she was not speaking English and was insulting her co-worker telling her saying she wants to close up now, she looked at me and said I don't care if you are looking at me we want to go home now!<br> I explained my situation and long working hours, she shouted at me saying \I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION OR WHAT THE METRO POLICE TOLD YOU TO DO
