MACHADODORP LICENSING DEPT - RASIST EMPLOYEES (Nelly) #MPUMALANGA My Mother-in-law went to renew her license on the 26 November but due to outstanding fines which CAN NOT BE PAID at the licensing DEPT they would not issues the disc's. They did however take payments for the licenses and advise that I had 21 days to pay the fines and then come and collect my disc's. When she returned to collect the disc's she was advised by Nelly that it's a new month and had to pay an additional fee and when she queried this she was told "pay the money or leave". She then stated she was going to report this and was told via Nelly "you can report this they will do nothing" Then when she proceeded to state "this is the most stupid system" Nelly accused her of calling her stupid and within seconds she was surrounded by 6 officials and security intimidating her. Very frightening experience which will force her to go to Nelspruit in future. #goverment #licensingdepartment #machadodorp #racial #badexperience #badservice #rude #intimadation #threatening #badattitude
