MABOPANE DLTC Drivers Licence Department

I had such a bad experience when trying to renew my drivers license card at Mabopane DLTC. After standing in a long queu outside in the sun with an appointment letter and then sitting in another long queu I finally got to someone to assist me. At the first cubicle where you do an eye test and fingerprint the guy very unfriendly told me that his camera is struggling to take my picture and I had to go to another cubicle where that camera took my pic at last. That lady was kind and friendly. Then sitting in another queue to pay. At last I got to the cashier to pay who was also so unfriendly. I greeted her with a smile and didnt get one back :-( After she helped me I told her in a nice way that it will help a lot if she can just try and give a smile to the person standing in front of her and she must keep in mind that the people are kinda exhausted after being in queues for hours. Then I got a half smile at least :-) The worst was when I ended up at the department where I got my temp drivers license. Unfortunately the big woman sitting behind a desk had such a rude attitude towards me and the young lady just before me. She threw a form towards me. I asked must I complete it, she just said sign it. She said I must do what she told the young lady before me. I wasnt standing there and listening to her speaking to the other lady and only arrived afterwards. I saw the ink for the fingerprint that need to be on the temp license and put my thumb in pressed it on the space provided for my fingerprint on my license. Then she yelled at me not that way... after it was done. I asked her will I receive a email or message to say if it is ready? She shouted at me again and said cant you read and showed me on a wall a distance away there was a small piece of A4 paper written with a pen (not even typed neatly and clear) that after 6 weeks you can fetch your license. I apoligized and said sorry I didnt see it, where she asked me "cant you read" as if Im stupid and not schooled and cant read (she asked it in such a way). I feel its part of her job to tell the person in front of her and it wont take too much effort for her just to answer after I asked the question "that you can fetch it after 6 weeks" in stead of being rude and dominating towards me. I tried calling Mabopane DLTC to lay a complaint but not one of the phones got answered. I FEEL THAT THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE MABOPANE DLTC need to know that their staff really HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES AND ARE RUDE TOWARDS THE PUBLIC and must please do something about it.
