Load shedding a good excuse not to work

Load shedding. Wants to collect license that has been processed already. <br> Big fat lady cannot see so office is closed for 3 hours. I offer her torch light. But no, she is not willing to work if she does not need to work. No service delivery. And they want us to pay e toll. Never ever in my life.
