Licensing departments

I am absolutely disgusted and disheartened by the services given by Natis , wadeville licensing department! The system is so ******* !

I booked an appointment for to write a learners licence , after so much struggle and difficulty and cost ! Only to go there for them to turn us away because they failed to mention when booking you had to first go and pay a few days I advance to secure your booking ! Turned away ! After all that hard work to find a booking online with everything being full ! We had to drive an HOUR to further to a different place cause all departments were fully booked.

What disgusting and ********** service we got with the lady there that we spoke to giving NO assistance whatsoever, just turning us away.

No wonder this country is going to the dogs. You can't even get a learners licence ! So difficult to do anything.

Absolutely disgusted with the service and so disappointed at all the money we had to waste with natis not even letting us know we had to drive all the way there TO PAY first and then again when we had to write !

Why is there absolutely no CLEAR instructions on how these departments work????

Can't even CALL because the que has 40 people already in it ! Not even enough call agents to assist people that want to enquire. You have to sit 5 hours on the phone and waste time and money hoping that you get through.

Disgusting! Unprofessional staff ! Very very disappointed
