<p>I will like the metro dept durban to explained the reason why the imported car are registering in western cape and eastern cape without even verifying the importation papers by the trafic department in eastern and western cape but different stroy in durban they said is ******* to register imported car but this is done by many trafic officer in western cape and eastern cape mostly , the car that i bought on gumtree was seized in durban as they said it was registered *******ly which i dont objected but want to know the reason why eastern cape traffic official and western cape trafic official are registering the imported car and durban refused , are we not in the same south africa??</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Garry</p>
