License renewal

License office All Days Limpopo. Pathetic!!!! What a shame..... First after 2 months they told us that documents have arrived in Pretoria it shows on system, then after 2 more months they told us that documents never arrived in Pretoria but got lost. Had to do everything all over again. Phoned 2 months later said I can come fetch my husband's driver's license card. Drove 60km with letter from my husband and his, I'd and old license card as he is working night shift and have to sleep during the day, they told me it had to be an avid avid, they must have forgotten to tell me over the phone. Where is customer service, loyalty and pride in one's work went to????? DOWN THE DRAIN like mostly everything else. What a shame....
