Enquiries teller one, knew that I had filled a form out wrong and refused to tell me. I incurred an additional charge of R896 which was supposed to be charged to someone else. When I asked her she said I am responsible for that money because I filled the form wrong and she has no remorse. It's because she's black and I'm coloured. She helped 2 blacks while I sat at her table. South Africa will never be self sustaining because of people like this. She's a ******
