licence renewal

I walked past the groups and was very abruptly told to fill in a form and join the queue. I fill in the form and then start asking who is in the queue... Eventually find the queue! Then we are called in 3 at a time. A VERY pleasant gentleman takes my form does what is needed then directs me to chairs. So the wait begins. You assume you will be called according to your position in the queue, but that does not happen! A person in charge randomly chooses people from the queue...Eventually it's your turn to have your eye test done. I go in and greet the woman, who just ignores the greeting! Commands me to \sit". Then issues instructions on what to do with the eye test. Again commands me to start. After doing the test I am commanded to stand and she then proceeds with taking my fingerprints on a dirty fingerprint screen. When it did not seem to be working I looked at the computer screen and was told to \""don't worry what is going on here. Just put your finger on the machine! I am then commanded to sit and move back. So I do. Then am told \""right back\"". Really.... If they want a job with the public they need to learn to treat people with respect and not disdain! """
