Learners licence

You will not get your learners licence at Tsakane Customer Care Centre, it does not matter if you've passed. As long as you don't have connections with the driving school people who make you pay R600 - R1000 to get your learners then they give half of that money to the employees responsible for marking the papers. Sad thing is I knew I did well and I was sure but because I had no money for bribery they said i've failed, they did not even allow me to see the marked transcript to see where I went wrong, they only told me I got 2 wrongs, while the others who bribed they all passed even the one who did not know where to write his surname. People who don't even know the road signs are passing while people who studied K53 so hard are failing because of bribery. It is so unfair.
