Krugersdorp Licensing Department up to ****

I am 34 weeks pregnant. I did an online booking on the 3/2/2019 to do my license renewal. The only available department was krugersdorp. Got there at 8:30 only to find the power was off. I understand the control of the electricity is out of the hands of the department, however surely a big government organization should surely have a generator. Nonetheless, power was restored at 12:01. I went to the lady at Enquiries who took my documentation. A little while later she came back and directed me to the other side of the building where I waited almost an hour to be served, only to find I was sent to the wrong queue I came back and was eventually put in the right queue then I was forced to wait all over again for payment. I spoke to three different officials and everyone kept sending me from pillar to post. It’s been another 1hour and still I wait to be assisted. I have never seen such disgusting service in my entire life. ?. I will never again set foot at this department
