Kriel Licensing Department In Mpumalanga

On the 25 February 2019 I went to renew my licence. I was told it will take about an Month for it to come back mind you there is a notice displayed that says if you do not collect your licence a month after it has been received they will destroy it and you will have to re-apply all over again. I took not of this notice and I it has been 3 months to day without any message from them telling me I must come collect my licence and when I call no one is picking up the phone.
