Korsten Traffic Department don't follow national rules, *********** supervisor and manager.

PE Korsten make their own department rules and refuse to issue a temporary license. Manager Mr Thomas and supervisor Ms Wendy don't adhere to national rules but make their own! Absolute circus after dealing with the most lovely other lady who takes all tests, not to even be issued with a temporary licence!!! I have never been so angry and disgusted in my life!!! Spent an hour on the phone with the Grahamstown department explaining they have to give me temporary licence in the mean time but PE Korsten make their own rules, not even Grahamstown traffic department could believe what they were hearing the manager tell me over the phone. Grahamstown told me to get it in writing from them, but of course they had no proof to give me of their rules, because there is no such file, the rules are national!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Not even 1 star, they need a ZERO!!!
