Kagiso Traffic and Licencing Department poor service

In October 2019 I app**** for a Pdrp at Kagiso traffic and Licencing Department of which in February I got a message that I must come back and re apply they had used an old machine. I did go back and app**** then was advised to pay for the second time which I did. I then went to check if it's back yet and to date(August 2020) I don't have the pdrp and no one at the Traffic department is willing to help me.
