Kagiso Licensing Department

The attitude of the government official (Beefy Reiners) was ********** in offering his assitence. His knowledge of his duty to his office was horrible. The way he runs his department is horrible. He has one counter open that is designated eye tests (counter 14) yet wants to explain why the process will be sped up in future. No designated cpunter for online bookings or online tests. No staff direction. Arrogant and derogatory. A horrible experience so far. Government officials disregard their oath of office every day. Is disgusting
