Brandon Geldenhuys made a booking for his Vehicle Learner's License for 21 June 2024 at Meyerton License Department. When he arrived at 12:05for his 13:00 appointment the administration process was delayed by the officials. He only finish the administration process at 13:05 and was then refused to write the examination. He re-booked his Learner's License test for 2 July 2024 again at the Meyerton License Department. He arrived at 07:00 for his 08:30 test appointment with printed proof of booking for the test. The officials allowed him to complete the administration process and when he was halfway through the test they stopped him stating that his test booking was not confirmed per eNatis - even when he produced the printed proof from the eNatis system. The Administration Manager allowed him to pay for the Learner's License and allowed Brandon to make a new appointment for his test for today (9 July 2024) and confirmed the booking. Six (6) applicants arrived today at the Meyerton License Department and again completed the administration process and did their tests. Brandon scored 28/29 for Road Rules, 28/29 for Road Signs and 9/9 for Vehicle Controls. The administration officials after the test informed all 6 applicants that they could not receive their Learner's Licenses as the officials had "lost" their documents. The officials stated that if they find the documentation of these applicants they will phone them to come and collect their Learner's Licenses. However if the applicants are not contacted by 15 July 2024 they have to rebook their Learner's License tests and do everything from start again.
