The idea that testing officials who have salaries and full benefits feel entitled to our pockets is disheartening and disgusting to say the least. The idea that testing stations in Pretoria charge you R2500.00 to "guarantee" your license has become a norm. I refused to explored this route and I went for my driver's test with the kempton park Licensing department today and my official was Mr Gumede. Obviously he failed me . However when a d why has it become correct for officials to test individuals with this kind of entitlement......the idea here is not for one to pass but to find any reason for you to fail. He failed me after I drove passed the steep without rolling.
