Inefficient Gauteng Licensing Dept

1st at Silverton - machines were ****** 2nd time at Roodepoort DLTC having made an appointment - sit in line we do not work according to appountments 3rd time at Akasia DLTC having made an appointment and doing eye test at optometrist and taking cash with as per instructions: we do not accept the eye test - sit in line for eye test and we do not accept cash - eye test is optional. Yes eye test is optional for ME but if I have it they must accept it - it is not optional for them. 4th time lucky? Where? I have all my docs and cash and eye test - I just want a temp drivers licence and renew it
