Incompetence of Bloemfontein licensing department

Friday morning I went to Bloemfontein licensing department to apply for prdp and collect my duplicate license card! The treatment I got there!! The guy on front desk was rude and the two women in card collections department were horribly rude they don't even greet back as you're greeting them,I've never seen such incompetence and rudeness,mind you they've sworn to serve the public but doing the opposite abusing the public and forgetting that their wages comes from the public's tax fares! I need to escalate the matter anyone with information on how to report the abuse to officials let me know...
