I'm in my 3rd Trimester pregnant, I was rudely told to join a long queue because I am not sick

I am very hurt and by the treatment I recieved at Midrand Licensing department today.I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and am struggling to walk and I'm not able to sit down or stand on my feet for a long time as I get dizzy.

My drivers license expires end of this month so I decided to go renew it today .At the reception I found a very nice guy who helped me complete the form before telling me to go straight to the eye test office. At that office I met with a very rude lady who yelled at me asking why did I not join the queue like others , the guy at the reception had to be called to explain why did he let me in first. The lady told me that at this stage of my pregnancy I am not even supposed to go around people but to stay at home etc.That hurt me a lot , I felt discriminated against by another woman.

After more than 30min of me sitting there she called the supervisor who told me and told him to remove me.

The supervisor by the name of Alfred came through and told me to go and join the queue or else go home....all that took place infront of everyone , I felt so helpless , embarrassed and disrespected as a person .I felt like a ******** as they continued shouting at me infront of everyone.

I then asked for a manager as I needed to lay a complaint, the same Alfred whom I was told he is a supervisor said he is now a manager. He continued shouting at me telling that pregnant people are not special as they are not sick therefore I must go join the whole queue.

At that time I was already sobbing from the pain they are causing me to through. I felt I was treated less of a human being just because I am pregnant.

I had to go back home without a.license.My worry is that my drivers license expires next week ready and my condition might be worse next week to even go to apply for a license.

I need help.I am very hurt .I am very disalpointed the level of service recieved form Midrand Licensing department.
