I have arrived at 10:45 and was revised to be helped

I arrived 10:45 in the morning just to be told that they have cut off and they refused to help me renew my license, there are no signs or anything that explains why or what is going on really unprofessional and not up to standards less than useless thanks for nothing but what do you expect from the ANC they are really useless this and don’t even deserve one star but that is your lowest rating so yup...
