Horrible people in the license departments.

Waltloo license department is the worst, they have no heart or sympathy for anyone but themselves. I was next in line to pay and they just stood up and walked out to go and toi toi and dance on the roads. Pathethic! I drove one hour and wasted my fuel and took time off work for nothing. The country is geting worse and worse and this proves it. Lastly i want to just say this new system is *******,but then again its a reflection of the government and country we live in!!!
