Germiston DLTC a nightmare to the public

Booked for today 29th June 2024 @ 8am, for learners exam ( Germiston, Ekurhuleni testing centres). Online booking states that payment expiring date is the 29 June 2024,we arrived 2 hrs before opening found others already on the queue in this freezing weather, we soldier on as patient people of Mzansi, we're so used to this treatment from our public institutions . Exactly @ 7H50, 2 security personnels approach us and told us that those who are supposed to write at 8am and didn't pay won't write as cashiers and staff are not there yet (WHY ALL LATE, YOU KNOW PEOPLE ARE WRITING @ 8AM, NEED TO PAY BEFORE AS YOU'RE THE ONE WHO KNOWS HOW THE SYSTEM WORK, OPEN/CLOSE FOR CANDIDATES) and we can't pay anywhere so we were turned back, just like that, irrespective where you travel from. The center management (supervisor of the day not even considering what online Natis notification said about opening @ 7am which will allow time to pay before 8am writing) says it is what it is for Saturday 8am🤦😔. My advise never book for 8am slot, the staff is so rude and inconsiderate it's like they're all trained from one institution to bully and shout @ poor people. As if overtime isn't paying them, we're told they're on overtime. Funny question they ask which driving school are you using(are we supposed to book through DRIVING Schools, Natis ps advise online), so that we can't be humiliated like that. That brings back a memory that one driving school instructor was busy telling us to shut up@ the gate, interfering our engagement with security, saying nothing will be done and he was having lots of learners application forms with photos attached with him, so vroeg and office still closed🤔. Parents accompanied their kids were like fools been shouted at in front of their kids, this is yet another unacceptable behavior from government officials who think their are mightier than people they're suppose to serve, to Germiston DLTC or Licence Department staff as we heard today that you're employed by Ekurhuleni not DLTC treat people the way you want to treated when you're not in your comfort zone, Respect, Humanity, Good Listen Skills are of importance as a public figure, some of us used our last cent to reach that place, walk early in dark dangerous trenches to get that very important piece of paper that we believe to open doors for us. Some wants to see themselves filling your shoes one day😭 have compassion, UBUNTU NEXT TIME, isisu asisuthi, greediness won't take you anywhere but straight to... you know WHERE.
