Frustrated

i went to a drivers license testing centre in Sandton(Malboro) as per my booking to renew my drivers license card. My appointment was at 11:50 on the 28 June 2021. i went to the centre on the day firstly when I got there no clear direction as to where you should go when you need to do any of the services at the centre. i than asked the people on the long line for where should i go luckily they directed me. Went filled in the form and stood on the long line it was about 11am. Remember my appointment was for 11:50. Stood on the line at about 13:00pm long after my appointment time an official comes out and told us that she has to cut the line and we must come back the next day as they are running on a skeleton staff because of Covid-19. We complained to say why do they give slots to people and they cant cater for all of them. She says it is not her business. Being a person who is not a fighter I left. Couldnt go back the next day as I had no one to look after my 5 days baby, i have since been trying to get a slot at no luck and I really need to buy a car but I cant because of not being able to get any slot in Gauteng. I'm now very frustrated really dont know what to do.
