Florida Lake Licensing Department Wednesday 10th July 2019 I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful the "tester" for a driver's license renewal was and then the cashier was more interested in comparing her new gel nails with her mate and answering her cellphone than paying attention to what she was doing on the credit card machine. Full fail for any type of service. Being rude and obnoxious must be a job requirement. Have the staff heard about the unemployment rate? We should all be grateful for our jobs.
