Extreme rudeness of employees

I would like to report that one of the staff members of Centurion Testing station (Old lady who gives the application forms to the people standing outside in the queue), has displayed extreme rudeness to a client. She has screamed and shouted immensely at the client and as a result gave a very bad image for the testing station.<br> <br> It would be suggested that the management of Centurion Station or the traffic department sort out employees with such bad attitudes. Its bad enough standing in a queue from early morning hours to be insulted. Extremely bad service!!!
