Extreme Bad Service

My daughter and I went to the Centurion Licensing Centre this morning at 06:00 only to find that there is only 1 person on duty for the eye tests which takes about 15 min per applicant.<br> <br> It is now 12:00 and we are still queuing whilst the manager is shouting at the public when we dare query their state of affairs and lack of service delivery. How things have changed when a manager finds it acceptable to verbally abuse the public he serves!
